  • Voluntary Contributions: All donations made through the Service are voluntary contributions to Hockey Booster Club Inc. acting on behalf of the Barrie Colts Booster Club and are not an exchange for goods, services, or any commercial benefit, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific campaign or item.

  • Accuracy of Information: When making a donation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the transaction.

  • Non-Refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us immediately at admin@barriecoltsu16booster.ca.

  • Third-Party Payment Processors: We use third-party payment processors, such as Square, to process donations. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your payment information will be handled by these third parties in accordance with their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

  • Goods in Kind Donations: For Goods in Kind donations, you agree to accurately describe the service or item being donated, including its estimated value and quantity, as requested on the donation form.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hockey Booster Club Inc. acting on behalf of the Barrie Colts Booster Club and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Hockey Booster Club Inc. acting on behalf of the Barrie Colts Booster Club.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
